Higher Standards was a sculpture commissioned for the Kites Over Vista program and was placed in downtown Vista, CA in front of Vista Junior High School. The artwork represents a graduate holding a diploma and looking far into the bright future with a lot of confidence and optimism. The artwork is meant to encourage children and adults alike to invest their time in education as a means to a better life and ultimately, future!
