The Monarch butterfly is one of the most wondrous insects. It traverses great distances on their yearly migration from Canada to Mexico crossing parts of the United States. Nobody yet knows of how they accomplish this magnificent feat but what is known is that the Monarch population is diminishing. This sculpture will serve as a friendly reminder to preserve our environment and to deepen our understanding of the nature’s balance, on which we all depend for health, stability and longevity.
